ORGANIC Lemon Extract

The Lemon (Citrus Limonum) is a small tree native to China and India but widespread in all areas of the Mediterranean. It reaches a maximum of 4-5 meters in height, has oval leaves with indented margins and small but very fragrant white flowers. It is an evergreen plant and its fruit is a citrus fruit with an intense yellow skin, characteristic for its fresh and lively scent. The extract obtained from the lemon peel contains a high percentage of citric acid, vitamins A and C, polyphenols and flavonoids and for this reason it has an antioxidant, toning and antibacterial action.
